Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was impressive, with outstanding rooms featuring separate walk-in showers and a slight issue with insufficient lighting. The service, particularly in the final days, was persistently friendly and courteous, although it could have been more consistent throughout. The location was amazing, right in the bustling Al-Abdali area, offering access to a secure mall and various amenities. The dining experience exceeded expectations, with a great selection of continental and Middle Eastern dishes. However, improvements in certain areas could enhance the overall experience.
The suite was fantastic, super comfortable and spacious. The rooms are large and quite pretty, but there was some noise from people, music from restaurants, and cafes. Cooking essentials are missing.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect! The rooms were very basic but had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The rooftop features like the shisha and restaurants were a great addition. However, there were some issues with the service as the staff didn't seem available to address guest complaints, although Mr Mohamed in the restaurant was exceptionally lovely and attentive. The location was fantastic, surrounded by nice cafes and shops, and the dining experience at Cafe Margaux was superb with a good selection of dishes.
The hotel offers luxurious rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, though the service could be more consistent. The location is fantastic if you're in the Abdali district, but the distance from the center might be a drawback. Dining options are sumptuous, and the facilities are well-equipped with various services available.
